Palazzo Crocione

Palazzo Crocione is located in Liparlati, the oldest district of Positano, along the famous Via Santa Croce. Thanks to its privileged panoramic position, this street was chosen by the 18th-century nobility for the construction of four late Baroque–style buildings. Today, the surrounding area is home to some of the most important historic residences in the town, such as Palazzo Santa Croce and Palazzo San Giacomo.

Immerse yourself in a unique, timeless atmosphere, enhanced by the original late Baroque frescoes found in the rooms, as well as by the countless artistic details that perfectly reflect the late-18th-century Mediterranean style of a typical noble residence. The home is located on the piano nobile of the eastern wing of the palace and is composed of four spacious rooms: the first two are used as a kitchen and living room, while the remaining two form the sleeping area, with two large bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom.

The focal point of the house is undoubtedly the terrace, decorated with reclaimed Vietri sul Mare ceramic tiles and furnished with a wrought-iron table and chairs, as well as sun loungers. The breathtaking view enjoyed from this terrace captures the visitor’s gaze and offers a truly unique spectacle to be admired in total comfort from your own private outdoor space. Outside, there is also a small kitchenette equipped with a sink, small oven, and toaster, allowing guests to prepare meals directly on the terrace.

The house does not have an elevator, and access requires climbing approximately 50 steps.
